This does not seem to be an Activesync issue, but rather an Apple issue. There are some 3rd party apps that claim to do this but it would be great if the OS would handle this internally. I too was very impressed with the MS Exchange integration. But one thing I miss (previously used Windows Mobile) is synching MS Outlook tasks. Do you use an app that can do that?
